- 10 whole apples (Peeled, Cored and Sliced,, I used Granny Smith but feel free to use Pinova or any other firm baking apples with a nice flavor.)
- 1 cup brown sugar (1 1/2 cups for sweeter pie.)
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup flour (I used 1/2 organic unbleached white and 1/2 whole wheat pastry)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup butter (Sliced Into 1 Tablespoon Pieces)
