- 3 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
- 4 banana
- 1 Tbsp. dark rum

Directions
- In 12-inch skillet, bring Brummel & Brown® Spread, brown sugar and bananas just to a boil. Cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Carefully add rum to center of pan and cook 30 seconds. Serve, if desired, over your favorite ice cream.
