I made it for Thanksgiving. It was something different and everyone loved the pairing of the apples with the pork. I followed the recipe as is. However the pork was a bit too tough. Perhaps, next time I will cook it at a lower temperature.

Excellent! My new favorite way to make a pork roast. Be sure to add juice from cooked apples to roasting pan and serve over pork slices. Yum!

Yum! Pork and cinnamon apples are like peas in a pod anyway. Put them together and yum! Even the kids sucked it down
