Great alternative to the Garlic Kale recipes I usually prepare. I added 1/4 cup sliced Baby Bela Mushrooms and cooked the kale longer. My family asked for the recipe to be repeated often.

I cooked the kale a tad longer and used stock instead of water. Felt dish needed a touch more flavor. Overall, not bad.

This was awesome! I had to add water repeatedly in order to prevent the onions from burning. I also added crushed red pepper flakes. Made for a nice sweet and spicy mix. This side dish is being added to my regular rotation.

This was amazing. Need to season. I love Sylvia’s green seasoning and some salt. I also added some kielbasa sausage.

It came okay. I added two cloves of garlic minced and some pepper for added flavor and seasoning.
