    Loved them and so did my husband and daughter. Next time will make more. I added spicy red chili flakes to give a kick. Easy to make just takes time to slow roast the onion

    Delicious! Added black beans and it turned out great. My pescatarian 10yr old daughter, loved it. I will definitely make it again.

    It had a very earthy taste at first but that’s only because I didn’t add enough onion. Don’t be shy adding cheese and a little extra seasoning to this dish for a little extra kick. The onions went well with the avocado and the spinach was a nice finish. Over all, a healthy and easy dish and would definitely recommend.

    Yummy and easy to make. The only time-consuming step was the onions, which takes around 40 minutes. I also ended up using less avocado.

    Carmelized onions 👍🏼👍🏼yummy! I added chopped mushrooms while I was sautéing the spinach. I salted that mixture otherwise I think it would have been too bland.

    Extremely pleased with the turnout! I included cheese and boneless breast in my son's being that he's not a fan of onions, spinach nor avocado. Was a hit in our home and I'm sure I will make it again and again!!!!
