  • 8 oz. feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 8 oz. cottage cheese (or ricotta)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 eggs (beaten with about ½ teaspoon of salt)
  • black pepper
  • 1 tart shell (savory, don't use a sweet pastry, slightly baked for about 8 to 10 minutes)
