This recipe sounded so good, but unfortunately it fell flat. We love both coconut oil and coconut palm sugar, but you could taste neither, nor could you even taste much of the sweetness of the butternut squash.. We ended up drizzling a bit of sweet/sour mustard over it to give it a little zip..
