- 10 Kraft Caramels (unwrapped)
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 cups whole wheat flour (King Arthur’s white, if you are going using white all purpose flour instead, make it 2 1/4 Cups)
- 1/2 cup flax seed meal
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
