- 1 Tbsp. gelatin powder (plain)
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup pear nectar
- 3.5 oz. pear puree
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (salted)
- ladyfingers (homemade)
- 6 pears (Forelle, dipped in caramel as per these instructions)
