- 40 grams sweetener (powdered, I use Sukrin Melis)
- 2 tsp. xanthan gum
- 4 eggs
- 400 grams cream (thickened, or heavy cream)
- 1 Tbsp. gelatin
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 50 grams butter
- 180 grams Sukrin Gold (Fibre Syrup)
- 90 grams cream (thickened)
- 50 grams milk chocolate (Vitawerx, or 90% dark chocolate)
