- 1 granny smith apples (peeled, cored, and cubed into small pieces)
- 1 fuji apple (peeled, cored, and cubed into small pieces)
- 12 caramel squares (sliced into thirds)
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup baking soda
