- Layer cheese, basil and tomato on bread. Season, if desired, with salt and black pepper. Top with remaining bread. Spread outside of sandwich with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks.
- Cook sandwich in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat, turning once and pressing lighty, 4 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
