This has become a household staple! We absolutely love this and we make it to snack on occasionally when it’s not a side dish in our dinner we LOVE this 10/10 recommend!!!!

I used this as a baseline, but did my own thing. I first cut up the tomatoes and then used a paper towel to dry them. Then I salted and peppered them. I stacked the sliced mozzarella in between the tomato slices and instead of using the dressing, I used balsamic glaze and a drizzle of honey. I nestled the basil in between slices.

It's was great...had guest for dinner and it was a big hit...easy and very tasty
