I made a half recipe but used 4 eggs. So easy and delicious. I used an 8” cast iron pan and it cooked perfectly at 35 minutes. I imagine it would take longer for a full recipe like other reviewers said.

Very good and easy to make. I did cut back a on the basil and added a little bit more cheese. I baked it at 375 for 45 minutes and it came out perfect.

Flavors good, but had to cook for 55 minutes instead of the 35 it says - and it still wasn’t done cooking!

This was a good recipe except i had to cook it at a higher temperature for a longer time for the eggs to set.

Honestly, I don't ever crave or eat eggs but have been trying to get into it so that when my little one eats solids, I have another protein source I can introduce early on and maybe her older picky-eating toddler brother will see and get jealous and eat it too. I really like it so far but haven't been successful at getting my toddler son to bite yet. And I don't eat eggs. Also, I didn't have fresh basil so used a bunch of dried basil. This is delicious and I'm glad I like it becasue it looks like I'll be eating most of it for breakfast over the next couple of days... :)

I’m not a good cook! I bought a pre-made pie crust and the only kind they had left was graham cracker crust Eh, I shrugged, I’m sure it will be fine. (See, bad cook). The dish took longer to cook than the time listed but that’s probably to be expected. And the graham cracker crust was so overwhelmingly sweet I couldn’t taste anything else. Even my son wouldn’t eat it. So this morning I scraped the egg insides out off the crust and heated it up and I could actually taste it. Go figure!
