  • 1 cup crushed ritz crackers
  • 1 pound pasta (your favorite short cut)
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 3 cups milk (warm)
  • 1 1/4 cups sharp white cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded, add an extra 1/4 cup...if you want!)
  • 1 1/4 cups havarti cheese (shredded)
  • 6 ounces brie (rind removed and chopped, I surely used 6 ounces)
  • 20 brown butter
  • 1/4 cup basil pesto
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (+ pepper)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 heirloom tomatoes (or regular, sliced)
