- 1 shot espresso
- cocoa powder (or cinnamon powder - to taste)
- sugar (to taste)

Directions
- Froth the milk into a "microfoam" that is nearly double the volume of the original milk, using the steam wand or the milk frother attachment.
- Prepare the shot of Espresso in your favorite cappuccino cup.
- Pour the frothed milk into the center of the Espresso shot.
