Loved this- I couldn't find the Hong Kong style egg noodles but used German soup egg noodles- the little ones. worked perfectly. Don't need to have it crispy to be delicious! I will add more veggies next time

I used Hong Kong precooked noodles. I did not care for the crispy taste, so I cooked the noodles to suit me. The dish was a little salty, so I added water. I also used some left over pork. It was very tasty.
