Description
If you already own a fancy juicer, you might be looking for good ways to use it, and not just to make green (kale) juices. Here, fresh cantaloupe rules the day, and is simply combined with crused ice (or cool water) and fresh mint, to taste. You can follow this same formula using other types of melon, including honeydew or watermelon, being sure to remove all seeds before extracting the juice.

- 1 cantaloupe
- crushed ice (to taste)
- mint (to taste)

Directions
- Peel the cantaloupe and remove the seeds.
- Run the pieces of cantaloupe through a juicer.
- Add the crushed ice to the juice (or fresh water and mint) and serve.
