- 5 Tbsp. mashed potato (instant)
- 8 oz. mackerel fillets (canned, in oil, Approx 2 small 125g tins. See note 1 if using mackerel in brine, spring water or fresh mackerel)
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 small onion (finely diced)
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour (See note 2 for alternatives)
- 1 Tbsp. ground almonds (See note 2 for alternatives)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil (finely chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (Full fat, 60g *See Note 3)
- 1/3 cup mature cheddar (40g finely grated *See Note 4)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. gluten free tamari soy sauce (See Note 5)
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar (Or balsamic vinegar)
