- 1 banana (very ripe)
- 8 medjool dates (pitted)
- 1 cup peanut butter (or your favourite nut butter)
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds (ground, mixed with 3 tablespoons water to form a paste, I used a mortar and pestle for this)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 cup agave syrup
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- rock salt (Dash Himalayan)
- 1/2 tsp. gluten free baking soda
