I can remember this as graham cracker pie.
I only needed 2 cups of milk .
Yes, you do have to watch it carefully I almost burnt the meringue !

As a child growing up, flapper pie was my absolute favourite dessert. This recipe is perfect! Just one little tip, if you don’t have cream of tar tar, use equal amounts of lemon juice in its place. I actually think it works better than cream of tar tar and is my choice consistently for making meringue. 💗🙂
