- 1 red chilli (whole)
- freshly ground black pepper (to season)
- 1 Tbsp. flat leaf parsley (chopped, to garnish, optional)

Absolutely tasty.slow cooked for 4 hours.
Leaves a little tingling sensation but full of flavour. I served mine with a jacket potato.
