- 2 sweet potatoes (peeled and sliced into chips)

- 1 pork loin (small to medium, cubed, size depends on how much pork you want)
- 1 sprig rosemary (and Thyme)
- 5 Tbsp. butter (one tablespoon for each packet)

- 1 lemon (separated, you’ll add half at the beginning of cooking and half in the middle)
