- 1/3 cup mixed beans (cooked, i have use chickpeas, black-eyed beans and white beans)
- 1/2 sweet potato (peeled and chopped into cubes)
- 1 small potato (peeled and cubed)
- 1/2 carrot (peeled and cubed)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 Tbsp. coriander leaves (fresh, chopped fine)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 green chili (and 1/2, finely chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (freshly pounded)
- salt (to taste)
