- onion (1 lg., chopped)
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 3 lb. hamburger
- 2 pkg. taco sauce (use the water suggested)
- 2 cans chili beans (mexican)
- fritos
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup oil
- 4 tsp. worchestershire
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- shredded cheddar cheese
- shredded lettuce

Directions
- Brown meat- add onions pepper, sauce, beans
- For the sauce, blend ketchup, vinegar, oil, worchestershire, sugar, paprika, dry mustard, salt, celery seed. (makes 1 quart)
- Layer fritos, meat, cheese, lettuce and dressing and serve
