    I have been looking for healthier options for the family. This was the best looking option, however, my husband hated it and couldn't eat it. I forced mine down just to eat something. Was very disappointed. It would have tasted better just steaming the vegetables and putting them on some rice. Sorry...

    Loved it!!! I didn’t have any green onions so I used sautéed red onion instead and add a little jalapeño.

    Pretty simple flavor, but it was a pretty hearty meal. I added some sweet potato to mine and the flavor worked well.

    This turned out absolutely delicious! When making the zucchini I added some more spices for some more flavor. I also made a Kochujang (spicy red sauce usually served with Bimbimbap) to go on top. This will definitely be adding to my weekly dinners

    Delicious and the perfect amount of food for two people. Like another reviewer mentioned, I'm stunned that such a basic recipe tasted so good. The only thing I'll do differently next time is add more zucchini.

    I was surprised at how amazing this was, considering the simplicity. It says it serves 4 but the amount here was great for 2 hungry guys. I too used a bit of soy sauce when sautéing the courgette and the kale which really brought out the flavours. Will definitely be making this again!

    It was excellent! Loved it and will definitely have it again. We are currently on the 5:2 fasting diet and this is the perfect dinner...filling, flavourable, and easy.

    I am not often blown away by food cooked in my kitchen, but this was perfect! I added soy sauce to both the zucchini and kale while cooking. Yum!
