- 1/2 red pepper (sliced)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce (or tamari)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tsp. Sriracha
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 pkg. noodles (miki, 400 g, or pre-cooked Asian noodles of your choice)
- 4 green onions (sliced)
- sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
- 1 red chili pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 box calamari (frozen breaded)
