I don’t think I did the recipe justice, my peppers fell apart, I used too much cheese, and I think I over pounded my too small calamari steaks. Good instructions on frying. I used butcher twine instead of toothpicks. MAKE THE JALAPEÑO HOLLANDAISE, takes it to another level and it really is so quick and simple.
