- 1 lb. medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 red onion (small, chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic (finely)
- 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning (optional)
- 1 cup Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce
- 8 flour tortillas (warmed)
- 1/2 cup converted rice (or regular rice, cooked according to package directions)

Directions
- In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook shrimp, onion, garlic and Cajun seasoning 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in Pasta Sauce; heat through. Stir hot cooked rice into shrimp mixture. Serve shrimp mixture in tortillas.
