- 1/2 medium yellow onion (thinly sliced)
- 3 handfuls fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 pt. cherry tomatoes
- 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 1/2 jar Alfredo sauce (Primal Kitchen)
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan (for topping dairy-free if plant-based, we use Violife)
- flaky sea salt
- freshly cracked black pepper
