- 1 jar butter (cajun injector, with syringe OR 2 cups of melted butter with 2 tbsp of cajun seasoning mixed in)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 lb. andouille sausage (sliced or chopped)
- 2 stalks celery (chopped)
- 1 yellow onion (large, chopped)
- 1 bag bread crumbs (stuffing, I used peppridge farm)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. salted butter
- 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
