- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco Sauce (to taste)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves (minced)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup water
- 8 cups cooked rice (more if desired)
