Description
I like to think of fried rice as a method to serve up any type of flavors. Here, I incorporate Zatarain's Cajun Smoked Sausage and Creole Seasoning for a New Orleans-inspired twist.
Ingredients

- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 rib celery (diced)
- 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
- 2 tsp. Creole seasoning (Zatarain's)
- 4 cups white rice (leftover)
- 7 oz. smoked sausage (Zatarain's Cajun Style, quartered lengthwise and sliced)
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
