- 3 cloves garlic (pressed through a garlic press)
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup white wine (I used Sauvignon Blanc)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Creole seasoning (you can find it in the spice aisle)
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 lb. shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (chilled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
- salt (to taste)
- chopped cilantro (for garnish, optional)
- 4 oz. smoked gouda (Shredded)
- 18 oz. polenta (1 tube)
- 1/2 cup milk

AMAZING!!! The sauce IS spicy, which I love, by Keith needs it toned-down. I added honey to the sauce and twice the amount of wine. For the polenta, I used a it more milk to make it super creamy. Subbed Lamb Chopper cheese for the Gouda and a splash of liquid smoke. Absolutely delicious!!!!!

Fantastic! Boiled my own polenta, used smoked chili ducth cheese, and used 1 tablespoon of Worcester sauce and 1,5 teaspoon of tabasco. Delicious. Added sugar snaps for veggies, otherwise not a whole meal.
