- 1 lb. shrimp (uncooked, peeled + deveined)
- 1 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs (use gluten free if needed)

- canola oil (for frying)

- 2 Tbsp. horseradish (or more or less to your taste)
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
