    I made this the other night and it was delicious!... The only difference that I did was cook the bell peppers and onions on the stovetop. Next time I will bake the smoked sausage and shrimp separately from the veggies because they cook faster.

    This was one of the easiest dishes I've made that looks like I spent a lot of effort on it! It was delicious and took less than 30 mins to complete! I substituted mushrooms for the asparagus and it was great!!

    It was so delicious! This was my first time making this for dinner and we will be making it again. We used garlic chicken sausage to make it a bit healthier and yeah my hysbands plate was empty very quickly!

    Turned out really good, I added sweet potatoes and orange bell peppers! I think next time I'll use Old Bay instead of using a knock off verison called "Cajun Seasoning/Spice" wasn't spicy enough for me. Also if you're going to follow this recipe, I suggest using 2 baking sheets.

    So easy so tasty! would reccommend a tad more olive oil ( half tablespoon) and a half tablespoon of cajun seasoning. Could just be a preference though!

    turned out amazing! after cooking at 400 degrees for 20 min, i stirred and then upped the temp to 420 for about 5 more mins. served over rice. the only thing id do differently would be to divide the ingredients in half.. it makes a LOT of food. i had to use 2 different pans.

    depends on the seasoning you put on it. weve made it twice and it was good both times but the first time was really really spicy. (made my own cajun) but this time less so but not as good.
    It was delicuous and very easy to make! I will make it again!

    I used half the squash and two sheet pans for more browning, less steaming. Still the shrimp was done ahead of the veggies and the squash/zucchini were soggy. I won't make this again.
