This is so easy and absolutely delicious - just the right amount of kick! I have made this for different people on 3 different occasions now, and each time received many compliments! I had never made quinoa before, so I researched how to cook it (first rinse it, then use chicken broth to cook it for good flavor). I also found a good deal on cooked frozen organic “large” shrimp, so I didn’t leave it in the pan very long; just heated it. Great recipe! :)
