This is a delicious dish. The only thing I changed was I used chicken instead of shrimp.

The essence seasoning recipe makes a truckload you could probably cut it in half and still have some left over. This recipe was tasty but I cut down on the salt (didn’t add the second teaspoon late in the recipe) I increased the stock and cream a bit to add a bit more sauce to the dish. I also added chicken to make it go a little further for my crowd because i didn’t have more shrimp and it worked fine. I didn’t use as much cayenne but next time would probably increase it closer to the TBS that it called for. Finally, I used pappardelle instead of fettuccine. All good!

It was a little dry but overall the flavor was good. I used apple chicken sausage which gave it a little more pizzazz.

I love the flavors of this dish, but I used to much cream and that overpowered the dish. Will make again though

It turned out amazing! I didn’t use as much cayenne as suggested and it still came out great!

AMAZING!! I love pasta (so I’m a little biased) but I love the flavor I added some spinach and didn’t make the shrimp (kind of tired of shrimp). But I loved the flavor now I wish I made the shrimp lol

I doubled the seasonings, switched to Rotini, and added mussels. I also added cajun seasoning for extra spice. I did not add any bell pepper. Best pasta I've ever had!

‘This meal is delicious. It was simple to make, I did substitute the chicken stock for chicken broth since I didn’t have stock but I can’t tell the difference. Reminds me of New Orleans. Thanks for the recipe!

My husband absolutely loved this dish! I didn't change a thing. Great recipe! And I love the 'essence seasoning'!

A used a store-bought Cajun seasoning and it turned out with bit more spice than I was prepared for but it was still a good recipe. I'll make some tweaks but I will be making it again.
