Great recipe, I didn’t have white wine so I substituted white wine vinegar and it worked well. Added a little more spice to kick it up a bit,

Seems to be a hit. I added one jalapeño, and a couple tablespoons of chopped red onion.

My family loves it especially my son who is picky and my mom who doesnt care for much spice. I also added some Italian seasoning and some lime juice to the sauce.

This is delicious! Followed the steps and I’m very pleased! Used fresh parsley too. For all the ingrediants without measurements, start small and take it from there. This only required a pinch of flour to thicken up while on the heat, for example. I like my food spicy so I did add half a scotch bonnet pepper during the final boil phase as I whisked it, took it out when I was done and boom, the Jamaican in me was happy lol. Even without the parm, I was enjoying my meal. Didn’t remember to add it until I was half done my plate lol

Delicious and really simple, we doubled the recipe for one pound of pasta though and it was the perfect amount!

This was scrumptious!!! Rather than use flour for thickening, I used a half of a can of tomato paste. I like my pasta a little red. 😄 Other than that one change, I followed tie recipe. And I seasoned it rather high. Awesome!!!

Absolutely loved this recipe! I recommend adding more heavy cream to make more sauce. I don’t com with alcohol instead I used white grape juice and it was just as good!

Overall it turned out pretty well. Recipe doesn’t make for a lot of sauce so next time will adjust the amount of butter and cream for more.
