- 3 tsp. cajun spice (Sometimes I add more, I love Cajun spice)
- 1 lb. penne
- rice
- 5 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 red onion (large, sliced)
- 5 cups fresh spinach
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup white wine (you can use vegetable stock instead)
- 2 tsp. corn starch (depending on how thick you want the sauce, I like it thick)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. pepper flakes (optional)
- salt (To Taste)

Great recipe, it was quick and easy. I just cut down on the red pepper flakes but other then that it was great.
