- 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional, add if you like more “heat”)

- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 small onion (finely diced)
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (about 4 ounces by weight finely diced, from a jar)
- 6 cloves garlic (pressed through garlic press)
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional, add if you like more “heat”)
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 14.5 oz. crushed tomatoes (fire-roasted)
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)

Mine turned out more saucy than the picture, but tasted great! I will be making this one again!

Really good, like amazingly good I may use smaller shrimp next time, I used jumbo and they were a bit too big

Flavor for the shrimp was great. But I would cut back the amount of onion next time.
