- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp. coarse ground black pepper (or more or less)
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (or more or less)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pinch dried rosemary leaves (crushed between fingers)
- 1 pinch dried thyme leaves, crushed (between fingers)

Amazingly easy and yummy! I used avocado oil (to reduce cholesterol) and it came out fantastic. About half of the shrimp were fully cooked (all curled up) after 9 minutes and I removed these while the other cooked. I have a gas oven and I peeled my shrimp before cooking (so all the yummy good stuff was directly on the meat) and this seemed to reduce the suggested cooking time. I will definitely be making this dish again!
