- 2 lb. ground beef (I used 1.5 pounds)
- 1 pkg. dressing (Savoies', mix, giblets ground if Savoies' not available)
- 1 onion (large, chopped)
- 1 bell pepper (chopped)
- 2 pods garlic (minced or chopped fine)
- 3 stalks celery (chopped)
- 2 pt. oysters (drained and chopped somewhat)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning (do not use both as it may become too salty)
