I found this to be very bland and much to cheezy, to the point where the cheese overpowers everything else in the recipe. In the future, I would use all of the same ingredients and cut the cream cheese by half as well as the jack cheese. I would add more breadcrumbs, at least a 1/4 cup more and probably an egg and probably a few more spices. A decent starting point for creating a new recipe but this one was a waste of my ingredients. And the cooking time is way off. The mushrooms were not cooked after 7 minutes.
