I absolutely loved this recipe however, I did not add cheese and made my own homemade Cajun seasoning used 2 small onions half a bell pepper and used chicken bullion in rice!!! Will be a new weekly favorite. Would like to know if sides to go with.

Spices are good but cheese is over doing it. I think adding some more spice would be great as well. Id make again with modifications.
