  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (homemade or store bought)
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt (less if your Cajun seasoning is store bought)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar (divided)
