- 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 red pepper (cut into slices)
- 4 mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 green onion (sliced)
- 2 cups half & half (or heavy cream)
- salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper (each of, & garlic powder)
- 4 oz. linguine (cooked & drained)
- grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 bunch broccoli (optional)

Directions
- Place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a bowl to coat.
- Saute chicken in butter over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add peppers, mushrooms, and onion; cook 2 to 3 minutes.
