- 1/2 cup celery (chopped)
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 pkg. chicken (Beyond, Lightly Seasoned Strips, shredded)
- 1 tsp. worchestershire sauce (vegan, such as Annie's or Wizard)
- 2 tsp. Creole seasoning (to taste – this can be spicy!)
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme (stripped from woody stem)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley (minced)
- 2/3 cup salt (sliced frozen okra, and pepper, to taste)
- 1 dash Tabasco (to taste)
