- 2 1/4 cups water
- 1/2 tsp. fine salt
- 12 oz. fresh green beans
- 1 lb. cauliflower florets (fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning (I use my own homemade blend. See NOTES below)
- 2 tsp. coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. fine salt (omit if your cajun seasoning has salt)
- 1/4 cup Tahini (super runny, I love the Kroger Simple Truth brand)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 4 tsp. water
- 2 tsp. coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt (may need adjustment depending on if your tahini has salt)
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions (fresh)
