- 1 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk (choice)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- paprika (or smoked paprika)
- cracked black pepper
- kosher salt
- 2 hearts of romaine
- 1 container cherry tomatoes (or multi colored small tomatoes)
- 1 clove garlic (roasted or raw, mashed)
- 1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
- 1 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce (such as Tobasco)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (I use Hellman's)
- 1/4 cup water (cool)
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (coarsely, plus extra for serving)
